At Docufeed Technologies we offer dealers Net 30 on invoices.
To keep your open account status with Docufeed, we need invoices paid within the 30 days allowed. If after 40 days, payment is not received, the open account status automaticlly goes to COD.The other option is to pay by credit card, where service charges may apply.
Your open account status is in your control.
Payment on all accounts is due within 30 days.
Accounts not paid on time bear interest at 1%
per month on unpaid balance.
If Docufeed
retains an attorney to pursue any unpaid account, purchaser agrees to pay
reasonable attorney fees.
Any suit to
collect will be filed in Snohomish County Washington and be governed by
Washington laws.
